“Great guide, great tour”

We had a wonderful all-day private tour of Luberon villages with Nathalie. We collaborated on the planning: we told her our priorities, which she made sure were met, and she planned the rest. We made adjustments as we went - she was helpful and very accommodating. She reserved lunch for us at a superb restaurant with a lovely view and met us afterwards. She was also patient and flexible while I debated making a purchase (which I did). She met us at our Airbnb in a very comfortable vehicle. Nathalie felt like a friend from the outset, personable, warm and funny. Her knowledge of the area was so helpful and her driving was very good. It was very nice not to worry about driving or parking. It was a full and truly satisfying day!!

“First of Two Tours with Kahoko”

This was our first tour in Tokyo, after we arrived at the Conrad Tokyo. Kahoko was the first local to explain how Tokyo “works” and provide local flavor. She does so in a fun, engaging, and educational way. This tour was to Tuskiji Market, Asakusa, and around Tokyo Station (central Tokyo). It included Sensoji Temple and the shrine, the nearby shopping street, a full tour of the Tsukiji Market and explanations of the history of the area, the specialities, etc. We also wanted to get a feel for Tokyo Station and Kahoko took us there and helped us with some shopping. She also showed us how to navigate the station since we had an upcoming Shinkansen ride to Kyoto. Kahoko is just incredibly helpful and friendly. She’s a wonderful guide.

As you were interested in so many things about our culture, it was a pleasure for me to explain something as long as I can. Also, I was surprised with your daughter's knowledge about Japan. She should come to Japan some day soon. Searching what she ordered was interesting because her request is quite clear . I was appreciate your patience and tolerance because we walked a lot on the toughest second day. I know I am lucky enough to have a second chance to meet you . Thank you!!

“Evening with Kahoko in Shibuya, Shinjuku, Golden Gai, and Memory Lane”

This was our second tour with Kahoko. She is engaging, friendly, cares about her clients and provides a great time with wonderful commentary. This tour included dinner at a Japanese pub restaurant with shared tapas and really good food. We did the Shibuya Crossing and saw the Times Square (saying that doesn’t do it justice) of Tokyo. Kahoko also helped my wife with food allergies and always provided advice on how to best plan our time in Tokyo, especially transportation questions. If we are ever back in Tokyo, we will surely contact Kahoko. Just a wonderful two days of tours.
