Shopping for Valentine Chocolates in Tokyo

It's almost Valentine's Day, which means there are Valentine's Day chocolate shopping events at department stores in Tokyo. Of course they sell normal chocolates, but they also sell cute ones, or very "Japanese" ones that would make great gifts. Below are two department stores holding Valentine's Day events and some of the interesting chocolates that they'll be selling.

Takashimaya (Nihonbashi)

Shochu and Nihonshu Chocolates - if you enjoy drinking Japanese sake, you'll be sure to enjoy these. (Right:Tohoku Rokken Shuzou, Nihonshu bonbons / Left: Mori Izou, Shochu chocolates)

Daimaru Matsuzakaya (Tokyo)

Morozoff, the Sakura Panda is Daimaru's mascot. You can keep the cute box after you enjoy eating the chocolates that are designed to look like the Japanese "sakura" or cherry blossoms.
Gonzaroff, Petit Dessert a la Mode is an original Daimaru brand, these chocolates look exactly like little cakes!
